Abstract
Due to the progression and severity of potential aerosolization of the COVID-19 virus, lots of patients have to be situated in negative pressure rooms; thus, the lack of mechanical respirators and negative pressure rooms and the risk of cross-infection between patients and healthcare workers become significantly issues.
Our technology, a portable negative pressure helmet developing from the PPE and negative pressure room technology creates a protective shield for the healthcare workers from infectious patients.
